1. About these terms

They apply to every order placed through this website or through any of our messaging channels. We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

2. Eligibility and age

You may only order if you are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter a binding contract. We operate an age confirmation gate on this website and may carry out further verification. We will cancel and refund any order where we believe the purchaser is under age, and we may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Permitted use and your warranties

By ordering, you warrant to us that:

• you are purchasing as, or on behalf of, a qualified researcher or research organisation;
• the products will be used solely for laboratory research purposes and will not be consumed by, administered to, or applied to any human or animal;
• you have the knowledge, facilities and equipment to handle, store and dispose of research chemicals safely, and will do so in line with good laboratory practice;
• you will not resell, repackage, relabel or distribute the products as a medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic or anything intended for human or animal use;
• you will not supply them to anyone under 21;
• you are solely responsible for confirming that possession, import and use of the products is lawful where you are.

Breach of this clause entitles us to cancel your order, terminate any further supply, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order placed through the website, WhatsApp, Telegram or email is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we confirm dispatch. We may decline any order — including where stock is unavailable, where pricing was listed in error, where we cannot lawfully ship to your country, or where we have concerns about the intended use. Where we decline, we refund in full.

5. Price and payment

• Prices are shown in USD per sealed box of 10 vials unless stated otherwise.
• Prices exclude shipping, and exclude any import duty, VAT, GST or customs charge raised in your country. Those are payable by you.
• We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you before proceeding.
• Bulk pricing is available on orders of ten boxes or more — contact us for a quote.
• Payment must clear before dispatch.

6. Delivery, title and risk

We dispatch within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. Typical transit is 5-12 business days depending on destination. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.

7. Import, export and your local law

Laws governing research chemicals differ enormously between countries and change frequently. It is entirely your responsibility to check that you may lawfully import, possess and use what you are ordering before you order it. We will not be liable for goods seized, destroyed or delayed by customs, and no refund is due where a shipment is seized because the order was unlawful at its destination.

8. Product quality and specification

We warrant that on dispatch each product meets the specification published for it, including purity of greater than 99% as determined by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and that it has been stored and handled appropriately while in our control. Certificates of analysis are available on request, quoting your batch number.

We give no warranty of any kind as to fitness for any particular purpose, biological activity, efficacy, or suitability for any application. Research compounds are experimental materials. You are responsible for validating suitability for your own work.

9. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. Because these are sealed laboratory materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, we cannot accept returns after dispatch except where the goods are damaged in transit, incorrect, or do not meet the published specification. Report any such issue within seven days of delivery, with photographs. See Shipping & Returns.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that:

• our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
• we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, wasted expenditure, or any indirect or consequential loss;
• we accept no liability whatsoever for any harm resulting from use of the products contrary to these terms, including any consumption of or administration to a human or animal. That use is expressly prohibited, and by ordering you accept sole responsibility for it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the products, or your onward supply of them to any third party.

12. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logos, product photography, the Recovery Tech Labs name and mark, and the calculator — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Descriptions of published research are summaries of third-party literature provided so you can locate and read the primary sources. They are not our claims about any product, they are not a representation that a compound is safe or effective for any purpose, and citing a study is not an endorsement of any use in humans. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YOUR_REGISTERED_COMPANY_NAME is registered, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any non-excludable statutory right you may have where you live.
