Verify your vial
Scan the QR code on your vial, or type the batch number printed beside it. You will see the analytical data for that exact batch, and you can request the full certificate of analysis on WhatsApp.
Enter your batch number
Printed on the vial label directly beneath the QR code. Case, spaces and dashes do not matter.
Every vial carries this QR

One tap opens WhatsApp with your batch number already written out. We send the signed certificate back, usually the same working day.
RP-HPLC at 220 nm
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography separates the target peptide from truncated sequences, deletion products and residual reagents. Purity is the area of the main peak as a percentage of total peak area.
Mass spectrometry
Purity alone only tells you a sample is clean. Mass spec confirms the molecular weight matches the intended sequence — that it is the right molecule at all.
Heavy metal screen
Screened at batch release, because synthesis and purification are where contamination is introduced. Reported as a pass against the reporting limit.
Questions
My batch is not in the system
Newer batches are added as certificates come back from the lab, so this is far more likely to be a batch we have not published yet than a fake. Tap the WhatsApp button and send us the number — we will confirm it and send the certificate directly.
What if the code does not match anything at all?
Contact us straight away with a photograph of the vial and the label. We would rather investigate a hundred false alarms than let one counterfeit through.
Can I see a certificate before I order?
Yes. Tell us the compound and we will send the certificate for the batch currently in stock, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
What does ">99% purity" actually mean?
It means the main peak accounts for more than 99% of the total peak area by HPLC. It does not mean the vial is 99% peptide by mass — lyophilised peptides also contain residual counter-ions and water, which is normal and expected. The full explanation is here.
