Mod GRF (1-29) + Ipamorelin blend
The classic paired blend: a GHRH analog alongside a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist, studied for complementary action on the GH axis.
What the literature describes
This blend combines two distinct mechanisms. CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29) is a tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analog that binds the GHRH receptor; in GHRH-knockout mice, CJC-1295 normalised growth, and human work has reported activation of the GH/IGF-1 axis. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), notable in the literature for stimulating GH release with markedly less effect on cortisol, prolactin and ACTH than earlier secretagogues such as GHRP-6. The two act on separate receptors, which is the stated rationale for pairing them in research protocols.
